About the Job:

As a Technical Sales Supporter (m/f) you will be in charge of helping enfore AG change the world of small and medium businesses with our hardware and software solutions. You will help us with onsite device installation, setup and demonstration for our customers, influencers and long-term partners. You will support our Sales division in a hands-on manner with your technical knowledge in the field.

  • Providing strong on-site technical support of product trials for pilot customers, partners and influencers.
  • Planning and building hardware installations for demonstration and trial scenarios.
  • Troubleshooting installation issues, diagnosing and solving problems under pressure.
  • Talking staff/customers through a series of actions either face-to-face, through email or over the telephone to help resolve issues.
  • Providing both internal and customer-facing support with procedural documentation and/or reports and information.
  • Reporting feedback from the field for the improvement of the product and development processes.
  • Provide technical training about the new and current products for 2nd and 3rd Level support teams.
  • Taking action with short notice and a high level of flexibility is a given standard for you.



  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • First-hand experience in technical support of mechanical products
  • Knowledge of networking technologies and their configuration. Comfortable with protocols and standards of DSL, WiFi, Access Points etc.
  • Availability and flexibility for frequent international short-term travel
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to truly understand our customers
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Organizational autonomy, proactive and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English and German both written and spoken
  • Valid German work permit 

Extra Qualifiers we’d like to see:

  • Hands-on Linux and first android knowledge.
  • Ideally you can provide certain craftsmanship skills.
  • Previous experience in a multinational, matrix-driven environment
  • Hardware/ POS industry background
