Customer Care Representative - German (m/f)

About the Job:

As a Customer Care Representative (m/f) you are the face of enfore to our customers in direct contact and as a last level of support for our service partners. With your experiences and insights of customer feedback, you will help us optimise our services, products and processes in our rapidly growing Customer Care team at enfore.

Your role:

  • You will be  available to our service partners for customer enquiries and, if necessary, provide solutions in cooperation with our technical editors and developers
  • respond to diverse direct customer enquiries and help customers solve issues via phone, email, chat and inbound social media
  • l assist and give advice to customers about the use of our products and ensure that your answers address all explicit and implicit issues of a customer enquiry
  • direct an internal channel representing customer voices by precisely describing and tracking their issues and forwarding them to relevant stakeholders
  • Readily provide support with administrative tasks on a regular basis
  • promote the idea and spirit of enfore together with our team.


  • You have at least two years of experience in customer service for software applications in the business area, preferably ERP
  • You can immerse yourself into the customer’s business processes and you have an aptitude to explain complex facts in a simple and comprehensible way
  • A strong service-oriented working style, patience and anticipation helps you satisfy our customers
  • Your solution-focused mindset and eye for detail facilitates your daily work
  • You have excellent written and spoken German skills
  • English skills at a level which enable you to have business conversations with colleagues from all over the world

Extra Qualifiers we’d like to see:

  • Experience with knowledge base systems and documentation services and processes
  • Experience as trainer in customer service
  • Additional language skills, particularly Italian or Spanish
